This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions for the services provided by
South Valley Secretarial.

 

Quotations

 

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.  Any alteration from the accepted quotation involving extra production costs and/or labour may incur additional charges which will be invoiced to the Client.

 

Terms of Payment

 

Payment may be made to South Valley Secretarial as follows:-

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) direct to our account

  • Credit Card

  • Cheque (funds will need to be cleared - generally 3 working days - prior to your project being released)

  • Cash on Delivery

Payment is to be made in full concurrently with delivery unless prior arrangements are made.  The Client shall not be entitled for any reason to defer or withhold payment in whole or in part.  South Valley Secretarial shall, at its discretion, charge interest on all overdue accounts and/or commence legal proceedings to recover accounts overdue.

 

An assessment as to the estimated cost of the project will be made by South Valley Secretarial and provided to the Client immediately prior to commencement. For large projects, a 50% deposit will be required prior to the commencement of the project.

 

Delivery

The Client agrees to accept delivery of the goods, pursuant to prior arrangement, or to make satisfactory arrangements to accept delivery of the goods prior to completion.  South Valley Secretarial will not accept the return of or give credit for any goods and/or supplied.

 

All work will be sent to the Client via either Express Post or Registered Mail once payment is received in full.  Should a courier be required, please contact us to arrange.

 

Cancellation

Any order may be cancelled by the Client only with the written consent of South Valley Secretarial and upon payment of reasonable cancellation charges incurred by South Valley Secretarial to the date of cancellation including recompense for any commitments made by South Valley Secretarial and all other losses both actual and prospective incurred as a result of such cancellation.

 

Indemnity

Information provided by South Valley Secretarial does not constitute legal, accounting, tax nor consulting advice.  The assessment of the suitability of services offered by South Valley Secretarial for use by the Client is the sole responsibility of the Client.

 

The Client will indemnify South Valley Secretarial against all claims arising from the Clients use of the services of South Valley Secretarial for loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by the Client, its servants or agents or any other person by reason of any defect in our workmanship of the goods and/or services supplied to the Client.

 

Final proofreading is the responsibility of the Client and South Valley Secretarial will not be responsible for any oversight of the Client.

 

NOTE: "Client" means the party (company, business or individual) who receives and/or contracts the services of South Valley Secretarial
